All prices are per pound. These select sockeye portions are gently seasoned with garlic, black pepper, sugar, salt, and hot smoked using applewood chips. These portions are great as a meal or as the focal ingredient of appetizers and dips.
All of our fish is carefully flash frozen and vacuum sealed to maintain freshness. They are approximately 4-8oz portions, pin bone out (pbo), weighing around .25-.5lbs per piece.
